About the Camps
The Alfred Agcaoili Volleyball Training Camps™ and Future Stars Volleyball Camps™ featuring Jay Hosack, Alfred Agcaoili & Staff and The Jay Hosack Volleyball Training Camps™ provides one of the best educational and skill development camps in the country at an affordable price.
Our training curriculum focuses on improving playing and competition skills by using effective teaching methods that enhance the learning process of volleyball athletes. We thoroughly use whole-part teaching methods and quality repetiton to execute offensive and defensive fundamentals consistently. Mental toughness training and assessment is a unique feature of all our camp programs.
Once skills are introduced, they are reinforced with simple skill keys to enhance muscle memory and consistent motor skill development, thus resulting in improved performance and execution of skills.
Skills are broken down using small group (2's, 3's 4's) and specificity station work (skill positions, i.e. middle hitters, setters, attackers) both offensively and defensively. A combination of no ball drill work and ball work with appropriate prescribed volleyball movement patterns improves efficiency and execution.
Campers then use these newly developed skills in a competitive setting: Doubles, Threes, Controlled 6-on-6 training drills up to full 6-on-6 team scrimmage and rally-point scoring format competition.
