| Camp Policies
Cancellation/Refunds:
Important Notice
All summer camp and clinic fees are non-refundable past June 1, 2010. Camp and clinic credit is issued. After enrolling, if you are unable to attend a clinic or camp, you may apply your fee to a future event.
Exception (Camps only): Refunds are issued less a $35 administrative processing fee with advance written notice from withdrawal of camp received by our office by 5:00 pm on June 1, 2010. No refunds will be issued after June 1, 2010. After this date, due to guarantees, no refunds will be available.
Medical Fees and Insurance:
Campers must provide their own medical insurance. A signed medical release is required prior to participation.
Confidentiality:
The Alfred Agcaoili Volleyball Training Camps, Jay Hosack Volleyball Training Camps, Future Stars Volleyball Camps featuring Jay Hosack, Alfred Agcaoili & Staff, and Vertical Volleyball, LLC maintain a strict confidentiality policy for all campers and staff. Information that is provided to us for enrollment purposes is protected with strict guidelines. No person associated with our camp shares information provided to us.
Privacy Policy
NCAA Rules & Regulations:
Senior Prospect Prohibition--In accordance with NCAA Rules and Regulations, "senior prospective student athletes (SPSA)" shall not be permitted to be employed in an instituation's summer sport camp. The definition of a "senior prospective student-athlete" is one who is eligible for admission to a member institution or who has started classes for the senior year in high school.
No Free or Reduced Privileges--Institutional staff members or representatives of its athletics interests shall not employ or give free or reduced admission privileges to a high school, preparatory school, or two-year college athletics award winner.
Prohibited Compensation--A member institution may not compensate or reimburse a high school, preparatory school, or two-year college coach based on the number of campers the coach sends to the camp. | |
